MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare consolidated reports

Filing Statutory Obligations

Prepare Documents and filing documents

Making appointments for clients on behalf of the Director and other senior management staff and updating the diary

General Bookkeeping/Accounting

Quotation/Invoicing

QUALIFICATIONS

Grade 12

Diploma in Business Admin/Business Management or related

Knowledge and application of Office Microsoft packages a must

Must be able to work with minimum supervision

EXPERIENCE

Minimum working experience will be added advantage.
