TERMS OF REFERENCE/JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Business Development Officer (1 Year Contract – Renewable)
The Business development officer will be responsible for driving business growth within SPRY. The officer will develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
The Business Development Officer is to manage all aspects of the business development activities for SPRY Consult to ensure goals and targets for revenue generation are met.
Main responsibilities
• Provide strategic oversight and direction of the Company.
• Develop and implement strategies and programmes that are aligned with
the company’s objectives.
• Ensure reliable delivery of all sales leads.
Manage and provide inputs to marketing plans.
• Develop new products and markets.
Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Respond to Request for Proposals promptly.
• Building and maintaining relationships with third-party providers.
• Provide weekly sales reports to SPRY Team.
• Quality assurance.
• Manage the office.
• Must have the following capabilities
• Effectively communicate and continually manage expectations in a timely
fashion.
• Ability to manage sales budgets.
Ability to acquire new and grow the client base.
Ability to self-supervisor.
• Ability to use Excel, Word, Power Point, Email.
• Able to drive with a valid driver’s license.
