About the Job:
We are looking for self-driven and hardworking individuals for the role of Direct Sales Agents (DSA) based on the Copperbelt and Lusaka. This role attracts both commission and retainer on target achievement.
The key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:
- Proactive selling of the Bank products in a professional manner.
- Achieve set sales targets and ensure sustained business growth and profitability.
- Compile weekly reports to the Sales Team Leader.
- Plan daily and weekly activations.
- Identify and approach potential clients to generate sales.
Qualifications
- Must have a Grade 12 certificate.
- Must have experience in Marketing and Sales.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be fluent in two of the major local languages.
