Position Available: Field Manager
Are you a dynamic individual ready to make a significant impact in the financial services industry? Sanlam is seeking a talented and motivated Field Manager to join our Solwezi team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role plays a key part in managing agent productivity and contributing to their professional development through on-field skills enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment, training, motivation, and sales.
• Ongoing on-field training.
Logging new training needs.
Assisting new agents in setting up and working towards goals.
Daily review of agent progress and communication of daily DCQs to BMs.
Holding daily briefs with Captains & BMs.
Assisting agents in planning for future progress.
Accompanying Sales Agents on field assessments.
Enforcing company policies and procedures.
Providing first contact resolution of agents’ queries and grievances.
Gathering market intelligence and advising BM accordingly.
Monthly reporting to BM as prescribed by Senior Management. Ensuring branch administrator tracks and traces business.
Acting as an intermediary for reports communication.
Supervising arrear notification follow-ups.
• Providing training feedback to the Branch Manager through daily updates.

Qualifications and Experience:
G12 Certificate including Mathematics/Accounts and English.
First commercial degree or Higher National Diploma, added advantage.
Mature with excellent communication skills (both orally and written).
Aggressive, an effective communicator, team player, sociable, versatile, resourceful, hardworking, and have
initiative. Sales experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage.
Preferably has a car (but not a pre-requisite).
Good presentation skills.
Ability to inter-relate with people of diverse backgrounds and have a service-orientated disposition.
Must have been a resident in the intended territory for the last 12 months and possess a working knowledge of the location for at least 12 months within the last 5 years.

Be results-oriented with an entrepreneurial drive to achieve set goals.
