Our client, a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, is seeking a creative and highly motivated Integrations Manager to join their dynamic team.
LOCATION: LUSAKA (1)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assess partner’s processes and systems to determine integration requirements that support business goals.
• Create a comprehensive plan that outlines how different systems will be integrated, including timelines, technologies, and resources needed.
• Oversee the implementation of integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet requirements, deadlines, and budget.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, developers, vendors, and business units, to ensure smooth execution of integration projects.
• Identify potential risks and obstacles in integration projects and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage the coding, testing, and deployment of integration solutions, ensuring they work as intended.
Ensure ongoing monitoring of integrated systems for performance, reliability, and security, adjusting as
necessary.
Keep all stakeholders informed about project progress, challenges, and outcomes through regular updates and reports.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, systems, and architectures for future reference and compliance purposes.
• Provide training and support to users on the new or modified systems, ensuring they understand how to use the integrated solutions effectively.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of integrated systems against business objectives and user satisfaction.
• Look for ways to improve integration processes, enhance system compatibility, and increase automation.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in technology integration to drive innovation within the organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Relevant experience in integration, project management, or related fields. Experience in tax compliance or financial services industry (preferred). Analytical mindset for evaluating system performance.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Identification of improvement opportunities
• Interpersonal skills for building relationships with teams and partners.
• Understanding of integration principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL.
• Knowledge of enterprise software systems and architecture.
