KAIDENS CONSULTANCE LIMITED is a company duly incorporated under the company laws of Zambia and we have been operational for over 4 years. We are currently looking for sales representatives to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up on sales inquiries, and closing sales deals with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

·         Ensuring that customer’s satisfaction is upheld on a daily basis.

·         Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time.

·         Keep up to date with industry trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.

·         Generate new leads through various sales channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.

Requirements:

·         Kitwe resident

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work independently, manages time effectively, and meets sales targets.

·         A passion for sales and a results-driven mindset

·         Computer literate added advantage

·         Any sales representative experience will be an added advantage.

·         Good social media presence will be an added advantage
