The PUB AND GRILL MANAGER will be responsible for taking care of routine tasks, controlling resources and employees as well as fostering a secure, enjoyable environment for customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the staff of the Pub and Grill
Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees
Ensure that food and drinks are prepared and served to the highest quality standards
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed
Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and food products
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profits
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets and sales reports
Respond to customer feedback and resolve any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other departments and managers to ensure smooth operation of the business

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
