Personal Assistant
Salary: K15,000

Seeking a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the executive team and ensure the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, efficient, and able to work independently to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Personal Assistant will assist in maintaining a busy schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and providing other administrative support as needed. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a problem solver, and be able to anticipate and meet the needs of the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

❕Maintain the executive team’s schedules, including coordinating meetings and appointments. ❕Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to schedule meetings and appointments, and follow up on any action items as required. ❕Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
❕Manage and maintain excel sheets and reports to track progress and keep the executive team informed.
❕Manage and file important company documents and ensure they are properly organized and easily accessible.
❕Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively provide administrative support as required.
❕Other duties as assigned.

❗Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
❗Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar administrative role.
❗Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
❗Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
❗Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
❗Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

❗Ability to work independently and take initiative.
❗Strong organizational and time-management skills.
