Recruitment and Training Officer

JOB OPPORTUNITY – RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING OFFICER
Securitus Solutions is inviting applications for the position of Recruitment and Training Officer. The job holder will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for:

• Selection of Guard recruits
• Training of Guard recruits
• Assessing training needs, identifying, designing and delivering training programmes to staff at all levels in the company
• Providing advice and support to Management on security training related matters.
• Networking with other stakeholders on issues related to security training.

Qualifications:
1. Full Form 5 or Grade 12 School Certificate
2. Certificate or Diploma in Security Training
3. At least 5 years experience in security training
4. Being an Ex-Instructor from either Zambia Police or Zambia National Service will be an added advantage
5. Should be physically fit with no criminal record
