Our client is looking for a Digital Specialist to join their team 
Duties and responsibilities include but are not subject to:
Digital specialist on its own visits customers on the field where it presents the key benefits of the application, collects data and creates customers as users, installs application for them and does the education on how to use it
Goes on field with medium and low performing VSRs where he observes tasks regarding market, provides feedback and initiatives to improve results as well as monitors the progress
Goes on field with high performers, identifies new opportunities to improve way of work on the ground based on best practices and insights
Organizes education sessions for new colleagues about market and activities on the ground
Organize educational session with low performers
Tracking and reading of reports and creating initiatives for:
Visiting top/low performing VSRs
Drop of market engagement (lower % of sales, less functionalities used)
Drop of sales or brands/articles sold
Every week together with VSRs, DS identifies the list of customers he will target for registration and informs VSRs when he/ she will do so
Based on the planned sent, each VSR day before the DS visit informs customers that DS will visit him to present the application
DS goes on the ground according to plan, pitches the application to customers, if they are interested he imiditaly on the ground collects data and sends them email for the registration (admin), helps customer install the application and does the complete education about the app
First priority are customers that did not have a NM order in the first month since the login, if they did not have it the
DS will visit the customer again with to goal to activate him
Customers that had one order are called by the DS in order to collect feedback or answer any questions

Last customer face to face visit
If customer has less than 2 orders in first 2 months, DS also visits him on the ground with activation activities in place
After this visit customer is only visited by DS together with VSR when the  supervising activity is done
VSR tracks customer performs, if the performance is below defined he reminds customer about the NM application and collects any questions/feedback that customer has VSR tracks customer performance in sales (total, per brand, article) and based on insights educates the customer
Excellent analytical and project management skills
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadline
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager
Proven experience in the below:
Registration & education of new customers:  
Supervising of VSR-s
Onboarding and education: 
Organize educational session with low performers
Analysis of market results
Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software
Experience with visual communication principles
Familiarity with web design and content management systems
BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field
Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
