Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will work remotely and will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities for our firm. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for architecture and design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work from home with access to computer and internet
  • Explain the construction procedure from A to Z
  • Understand a wide range of client decision-making processes
  • Understand the scale of professional fees for architects and engineers
  • Set and meet quarterly sales goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Highly driven and able to network with local and international clients
  • Create compelling sales pitches
  • Follow up and close business deals with clients
  • Find and coordinate tenders for architecture and engineering design
  • Find and spearhead design competitions
  • Complete all paperwork relating to a sale
  • Perform research on the competition’s services and price range
  • Reach out to new potential clients
  • Track sales goals and report results as necessary


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar roles
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • A degree in business or/and marketing or a related field
  • Ability to gauge client needs and budget
  • Able to work in a commission-based environment
  • Charismatic personality
