We’re hiring for Sales Agronomy Manager

As a Sales Agronomy Manager you will be responsible for designing and leading agronomy trials, gathering and analyzing product performance data, participate in product evaluation and advancement as well as giving technical support to customers, sales team and other stakeholders.

Your Challenge:

  • Provide technical resources to sales professionals, distributors, customers and other internal / External partners.
  • Contribute technical expertise to translating product data into effective marketing and sales tools.
  • Set up agronomy trials and play a key role in product testing and evaluation, product advancement, and registration.
  • Create and promote valuable collaborations/ Partnerships with research and other stakeholders.
  • Regularly gather customer experience feedback and input that into product evaluation efforts

Key Stakeholders and Interactions:

Farmers (small scale, emergent and commercial), Seed Operations, Commercial team, Seed Regulators, Ministry of Agriculture.

Qualifications

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

  • Degree in Agricultural Sciences or equivalent
  • 3 years’ working experience (previous experience in setting up field trials and product evaluation an added advantage)
  • Valid Clean Driver’s License with not less than 1 year driving experience
  • Team player with excellent cross functional collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
