• Screen calls and visitors, take messages, make appointments, type various written materials
• Maintain various records/ files
• Perform related tasks as assigned
• Process various incoming and outgoing documents

Qualifications:
• Good typing, filling, reception,
and other general office skills
• Ability to deal with customers
(internal and external) in a
professional manner
• Experience in a similar posi-
tion (minimum one year)
