Goldenlay is currently seeking candidates for the position of a Stock’s Clerk, you will be an integral part of our sales management team. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate stock records, deliveries, organize internal orders, stock takes & assist with inventory control. Responsibilities:
Ensure daily orders for stocks from 26 farm shop’s throughout Zambia are taken within the Inventory software
Handle daily deliveries & stock takes in the system
Ensuring products & equipment are neatly arranged & the camera system is working Accurately records stock levels, adjustments & transfers in our inventory system
Monitor expiration dates & ensure proper
rotation of perishable items
Check daily sales verses banking in the system
Requirements:
Certificate in bookkeep, stock control or accounting
Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, inventory software or ERP).
Strong attention to detail & organizational Ability to work independently & as part of a team with high integrity & honesty
Prior experience in stock management & data entry preferred but not mandatory
