JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant
JOB SUMMARY
Our construction company is seeking an organized construction administrative assistant to support our company clerical and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have great computer, communication, and time management skills. Previous experience in the industry is helpful, but not required. If you are school leaver, business minded and enthusiastic young lady looking for a great opportunity in administrative support, we’d love to talk with you!

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Preparing and delivering of Quotations,
– Buying and delivery of materials to the site.
– Supervising Site Workers and making sure projects are completed on schedule.
– Collecting Payments
– Other management tasks as instructed by the Directors.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Grade twelve or better.
– Certificate in any business related field would be an added advantage.
– Good computer skills with knowledge in Excel and Ms Word.
OTHER ATTRIBUTES
– Must be a fast learner
– Must be honest and hardworking
– Must be smart and good looking
– Must be self-motivated and able to work under minimum or no supervision.
– Must be flexible and willing to work from any part of Zambia.
SALARY
Starting Salary during training/probation
Lusaka K1,500
Kitwe K1200.
(Lunch and transport allowance given on a daily basis)
