What We’ll Bring:
This role also entails front office support to consumers. This is done through processing of on line/walk-in requests and providing consumers/subscribers with information, education and assistance regarding their consumer credit profile.
What You’ll Bring:
Consumer interactions /Duties and responsibilities
• Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers.
• Assist customers by providing them with required information and/or refer them to appropriate contacts.
• Attending to calls.
• Accurately process consumer requests and capture information onto the relevant contact center systems for each call, query or dispute received.
• Educate the consumers on what their rights are if they would like to log a Dispute and requesting of their Credit Reports
• Provide timeous feedback to consumers via email or by telephone regarding queries and disputes logged
• Update own daily query log sheet (stats) and forward to supervisors on queries and disputes logged daily
• To ensure that call quality is maintained whilst handling consumer’s requests
• Issuing of credit reports/Clearance certificates to consumers ensuring that proper measures are in place when issuing them.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer Support.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions asked by clients
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Adherence to company and departmental policies and procedures as well as Compliance.
• Attend to ad hoc tasks assigned by management
