Branch Coordinator x 4 (Hollard Life)
Location: Kabwe, Mansa, Kasama and Solwezi
Job Description:
To provide leadership and oversight of branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, effective management of branch resources, and the achievement of customer service and business objectives.
Minimum Qualification:
Applicants must possess a National Diploma in Insurance or Degree in a business-related field, with a minimum of three years’ experience in branch operations, customer service, insurance administration, or financial services at a supervisory level.
