MUPIKA SERICULTURE
Mupika Sericulture and Silk Farm is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to fill the following positions:
1) Combine Harvester Operator (2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain combine harvesters safely and efficiently.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
Ensure harvesting operations are completed according to schedules and farm standards. Report mechanical faults and operational issues promptly.
Adhere to all company health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
Proven experience operating combine harvesters.
Valid driver’s license.
Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance.
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Strong commitment to safety and productivity.
