Event Projects Manager

HRLeverage Zambia is seeking a highly organized, commercially minded, and execution-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of the Zambia Job Expo.

The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of the expo, including sponsor acquisition, partnerships with government ministries and learning institutions, exhibitor coordination, event operations, marketing alignment, and stakeholder relationship management.

The role requires a strong ability to manage multiple moving parts while ensuring the event delivers measurable value to employers, professionals, graduates, students, and strategic partners.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management or related field

• Project Management certification is an added advantage.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project management, Events management, Corporate partnerships, Business development, Stakeholder engagement

• Experience working with government institutions and corporate sponsors is highly desirable.

• Experience managing large-scale public or corporate events is an advantage.
