REQUIREMENTS
– Grade 12 Certificate
– Must be between 18 and 26 years of age
– Must be a resident of Chalala or nearby areas
– Honest, trustworthy, and of good character
– Good communication and customer service skills
– Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain records
– Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
– Ability to work with minimal supervision
– Must be punctual, professional, and customer-oriented.
KEY DUTIES
• Receiving and recording customer laundry orders
• Processing customer payments and issuing receipts
• Maintaining daily sales records
• Attending to customer inquiries professionally
• Following up on customer collections
• Keeping the reception area clean and organized
• Assist with general administrative duties as assigned.
