Job Role: Fruit and Veg Assistant
Responsibilities:
Toprovide efficient, quality customer retention and service.
• Set up attractive displays to encourage customer purchases. . Ensure all produce is correctly priced and labeled.
• Conduct daily counts of stock and report shortages.
• Dispose of spoiled produce responsibly and record wastage.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and verifying quality against supplier invoices. .Help prepare special displays for seasonal fruits and vegetables.
• Provide information on storage, preparation, and nutritional value of produce. . Follow workplace safety rules when handling crates, knives, or cleaning equipment.
• Maintain logs of stock rotation, cleaning schedules, and quality checks. • Support colleagues in other departments when needed.
Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent Certificate or Diploma in food, hospitality
• 1-2yrs of experience in fruit and veg production .
•Basic knowledge in fruit and veg preparation .
• Good communication and problem solving skills .
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
Candidate should be medically fit
Skills, abilities, knowledge, licenses, certifications:
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment Must be able to stay calm and focused.

Supervisory skills – ability to train employees to use time efficiently
and to be un-compromising regarding service delivery.
Physical Exam Required: Medical Report & Police Clearance
