HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Mega Premix Concrete Ltd is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Human Resources Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Maintain employee records and HR compliance
Process payroll and HR administration duties
Prepare and manage invoices and related documentation
Handle tax returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Liaise with relevant authorities, including ZRA and other regulatory bodies
Support management with HR planning and organizational development
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR practices
Experience with tax returns, invoicing, and ZRA compliance requirements
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
