Job description
Purpose
To co-ordinate and implement the Human Resources Administrative policies and Reward Administration.
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent shall be responsible:
To administer staff probation and confirmations.
To administer staff leave and allowances.
To maintain and update database on staff.
To co-ordinate staff performance appraisal and career enhancement (PACE) exercise.
To co-ordinate the issuance of staff identification cards.
To conduct exit interviews and suggest remedial measures if any
To act as custodian of personnel files
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource
Experience
At least 3 years traceable experience preferably in a busy HRD set up
Behavioral Traits
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality;
Should be honest and reliable
Effective negotiation skills
Operational Requirement
Ready to work out side working hours.
Good Organizational Ability
