LICENSED HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Requirements: Must possess a valid HR practicing license
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience will be an added advantage
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of labor laws and employee relations
• Ability to handle recruitment, staff welfare, payroll coordination, and performance management
• Must be organized, confidential, and professional
• Computer-literate and able to work under minimal supervision
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Recruitment and onboarding of employees
• Managing employee records and HR documentation
• Handling staff welfare and disciplinary procedures
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Assisting management in creating a productive working environment
• Developing HR strategies that promote growth and teamwork
