Zatu Loans Solutions is expanding! We’re opening a new branch opposite Levy Mwanawasa Hospital, near Don Gordon Nursery School. We need 3-4 driven, trustworthy Loan Officers to grow with us.

Opposite Levy Mwanawasa Hospital, near Don Gordon Nursery School.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Acquisition – Find and onboard new clients in Chelstone, Matero, Chaisa + surrounding areas through field visits & referrals
2. Client Service – Attend to walk-in clients at branch, explain loan products clearly and professionally
3. Risk Assessment – Evaluate applications, verify collateral, and assess repayment risk before approval
4. Loan Monitoring – Send reminders, follow up on repayments, and ensure smooth collections
5. Process Management – Handle loan files from application to disbursement to closure with accuracy
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Grade 12+ Diploma/Certificate in Banking,
Finance, Business, or related field
1-2 years microfinance/banking/sales
experience preferred. Driven fresh graduates welcome.
Strong communication skills + must be comfortable with field work daily
High integrity – you’ll handle cash, files, and client trust
Knows Levy/Mutendere/Kaunda Square/ Chelstone and other surrounding areas is an advantage.
