Key Responsibilities:

1. Merchandising

● Define and execute the overall merchandising strategy across categories and store

formats

● Lead product assortment planning, inventory control, and in-season management

● Analyze consumer trends, sales data, and competitor activity to optimize buying and

planning

● Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and

replenishment

● Maintain optimal stock turns and gross margin performance

2. Marketing

● Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies (online & offline)

● Oversee brand communication, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing

● Lead seasonal promotions, events, and visual merchandising strategies

● Ensure consistent and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints

● Leverage consumer insights and market data to drive campaigns and engagement

3. Leadership & Strategy

● Manage, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams

● Work closely with senior leadership on business strategy and growth planning

● Drive omnichannel initiatives, enhancing both in-store and digital customer

experiences

● Own marketing and merchandising budgets, reporting on ROI and KPIs

Key Requirements:

● Proven experience (10+ years) in retail merchandising and marketing, with at least 5

years in a leadership role

● Strong understanding of retail trends, consumer behav
