Sales Officer – Alternative Distribution & Partnerships x 1 (Hollard Life)
Location: Lusaka
Job Description:
To manage and coordinate direct sales and financial literacy programmes, strengthen relationships with agents and partners, drive business growth through alternative distribution channels, and ensure the achievement of sales targets while supporting overall sales operations.
Minimum Qualification:
Applicants must possess a Grade 12 Certificate, a Diploma in Business, Insurance or a related field, and at least five years’ experience in insurance, marketing or financial services, with strong knowledge of financial literacy principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to evaluate financial literacy programmes.
