EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY – Settlements Reconciliation Officer.
Job Purpose
The Settlements and Reconciliations Officer will report to the Head of Finance and Operations and will be responsible for the below key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
– Preparing and actioning settlements and reconciliations for the Digital Shared Services Limited (“DSSL”) product listing after verification and validation as per contractual obligations.
– Handling all enquiries and resolving transaction issues from team leads and customers.
– Providing timely end-of-day, weekly, monthly and all necessary reports.
– Resolving reconciliation discrepancies in a timely manner.
– Acknowledging and investigating all customer complaints and following up on resolutions.
– Preparing bank reconciliations.
– General ledger reconciliation.
Qualifications & Experience
– Degree in a business and or IT-related course.
– Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar position in a bank or mobile network operator (MNO).
– knowledge of the Pastel accounting package is an added advantage.
