Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Stock Controller based in Kapiri Mposhi. The Stock Controller will oversee inventory management and stock control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Daily responsibilities include monitoring inventory movements, reconciling stock discrepancies, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the team with inventory reports and analysis. The role focuses on ensuring smooth and efficient operations to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Stock Control, Stock Management, and Inventory Control
  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing inventory data and identifying trends
  • Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members and suppliers
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Willingness to travel within Zambia if required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Police clearance and medical report required
