Pensions and Insurance Authority (PIA)

The Pensions and Insurance Authority (PIA) is the regulatory and supervisory authority 

for the pensions and insurance industries in Zambia. We are seeking a highly motivated, 

proactive, and analytical Strategy Unit Intern to join our team for a remunerable period 

of six (6) months.

Qualifications and Profile

Recent graduate (within the last 2 years) with a Bachelor’s Degree in any social 

science.

Strong academic record with a keen interest in financial regulation, public policy, 

or corporate strategy.

Excellent research, writing and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work well in a team environment.
