Penmal Connect Ltd is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Student Recruitment Manager to join our team in Kitwe, Zambia.
As a thriving study abroad organisation dedicated to opening global doors for students, we need someone who shares our mission of transforming lives through education. In this role, you’ll lead recruitment efforts, build relationships with students, schools, and partners, and guide prospective students through university admissions and scholarship opportunities worldwide.
What you’ll be doing: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies, counselling students and parents on study abroad options, representing Penmal Connect at education fairs and webinars, and working closely with our visa and admissions teams to ensure a seamless experience for every student.
What we’re looking for: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in student recruitment. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, and a self-motivated, target-driven attitude are essential. Experience in visa processing is a plus.
