VEHICLE SALES BUSINESS OFFICER (5) – LOCATION: LUSAKA
Overall Role: The Vehicle Sales Business Officer will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of vehicle loans, engaging with clients, and supporting loan processing activities. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals eager to build a career in sales and financial services. Employment type: One Year Fixed Term Contract.
Job Responsibilities:
i. Build and manage own vehicle loan portfolio
ii. Identify and onboard potential clients
iii. Interact and maintain relationships with drivers and other customers
iv. Conduct field visits and client follow-ups
v. Ensure growth and quality of the loan book
vi. Support loan processing and collections activities
vii. Prepare and submit regular sales and portfolio reports
Qualifications & Experience
i. Grade 12 Certificate
ii. Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any related field iii. Previous sales experience will be an added advantage
