Mercury Express Logistics is looking for talented individuals to join our team in the following positions:
FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE (01)
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and build strong client relationships.
2. Conduct needs assessments, present solutions, and negotiate sales deals.
3. Develop sales strategies, prioritize target accounts, and conduct market research.
4. Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate sales records and CRM data.
5. Submit sales reports, manage budgets, and stay updated on industry trends.
CASHIER (01)
Responsibilities:
1. Process transactions accurately, handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
2. Scan merchandise, ensure correct pricing, and handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
3. Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and answer inquiries.
4. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and stay informed on products and promotions.
5. Balance the cash register and perform daily reconciliations following company policies.
