SALES MANAGER
LOCATION: LUSAKA

About Us:
We are looking for a closer – a sales professional who knows how to win deals, not just manage accounts. You will be responsible for driving sales of our key accounts across Zambia

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and execute our sales and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for leading our sales team, expanding our market share, building strong client relationships, and enhancing our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting & Hunting
– Identify and map out all major construction projects and infrastructure programs in Zambia.
– Proactively reach out to decision-makers – project managers, procurement heads, and company owners to introduce our product portfolio.
– Build a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities and convert them into purchase orders.

2. Deal Closing & Negotiation
– Lead commercial negotiations independently, including pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.

– Use strong persuasion skills to overcome objections, differentiate our products from competitors, and secure large-volume orders.

– Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to each client’s project needs.

3. Key Account Penetration
– Develop deep relationships with key accounts to become their preferred tile supplier.
– Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing
accounts.
– Ensure high customer satisfaction to drive repeat orders and referrals.

4. Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and new project launches in the Zambian market.
Provide feedback to management on product positioning and market demands.

Requirements
– Bachelor Degree or above
– Proven sales ability: At least 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a track record in similar industry

– Superior communication & negotiation skills to build trust quickly.
– Hunter mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with cold calling and door-knocking.

– Fluency in Chinese & English: Clear and persuasive communication, both written and verbal.
– Experience in tiles, ceramics, or building materials industry.
