Corporate Finance Analyst
As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will report to the Manager – Corporate Advisory. You will be a pivotal team member expected to help maximise shareholder’s value.
Responsibilities
• Support all corporate finance and advisory engagements. Typical engagements will include but are not limited to due diligence, business valuations, capital raising, intangible asset valuation, financial model preparation and review, and independence business reviews.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis of historical and projected financial results for organisations of various sizes and in various economic sectors.
• Build, develop and use financial models to assess transactions (profitability or shareholders, financing structuring, bank analysis, sensitivity analysis)
• Provide the service line with clear insights on drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities.
• Strive for increased shareholder value through internal and external assessments and recommendations.

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field with a minimum of a Credit (Master’s degree or professional qualification such as ACCA or ZICA will be an advantage)
• At least one – two years relevant experience in Finance, Financial advisory or related field
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A good team player
• Strong analytical skills and able to analysis large volumes of data or financials
• Demonstrated ability to set goals and develop priorities to ensure that work is completed with a high degree of accuracy within the context of completing deadlines
• Agile and willing to learn on the job
