Position: Accountant Assistant
Location: Lusaka (East park Mall)
Health & Glow Pharmacy is looking for a Skilled Accountant Assistant to join our growing team at East park Mall, Lusaka.
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support daily financial operations, record-keeping, and reporting across our branches.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Monitor income, expenses, and cash flow
• Bank reconciliations and routine banking tasks
• Manage supplier payments and customer accounts
• Prepare financial reports for management
• Ensure timely statutory compliance (ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA)
• Support audits and maintain proper documentation
Requirements
• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ZICA membership (active)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Sage, QuickBooks or similar systems
• Strong attention to detail and integrity
• Ability to work independently
