MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.   Maintain cashbooks and accounting records,

2.   Prepare and file statutory returns, including VAT, PAYE, other applicable taxes.

3.   Process invoices and maintain records through the Smart Invoice System.

4.   Assist with the preparation of financial reports and audit schedules.

5.   Maintain proper filing and custody of financial documents.

6.   Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.

7.   Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1.   Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2.   Minimum 1–2 years’ accounting experience.

3.   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

4.   Knowledge of Zambian tax regulations and statutory compliance.

5.    Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

1.   High level of dedication and sense of responsibility.

2.   Strong execution ability, no procrastination or negligence.
