Job Responsibilities
Perform accurate petty cash and bank reconciliations and resolve all reconciling items.
Perform daily and monthly journals entries into accounting system.
Handling petty cash imprest systems.
Perform daily sales reconciliations.
Perform basic general ledgers reconciliations on a monthly basis.
Maintaining different basic accounting records.
Investigate and resolve sales and cash collections related queries.
Perform any ad hoc work assigned by the supervisor.
Job Competencies
Good analytical skills.
Knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Practice (GAAP).
Effective communication and problem solving skills.

High levels of integrity, professionalism and ethics.
Must be detail‐oriented.
Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results.
A team player (able to work as part of a larger team).
Experience and qualifications
Grade 12 certificates or its equivalent with credits in English and Mathematics.
ZICA Licentiate or equivalent.
Three years work experience in accounts.
Must be a paid up member of ZICA.
