ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
(Female—not older than 35)
Key Roles And Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and manage a team of support staff.
Responsibilities will include:
* organising & managing meetings
* Managing company transport & logistics
* Managing company events
* Managing office budgets
* Liaison with clients & business associates
* Implementing and maintaining office administrative systems
* Delegating tasks to junior employees
* Organising induction programmes for new employees
* Assisting the organisation’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews etc..
* Make logistical arrangements for project staff traveling within and outside town or internationally
* Perform general clerical duties, to include but not be limited to photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and mailing
* Purchase, store and distribute office supplies
* Ensure timely settlement of office bills
Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum of a Diploma and some prior experience in finance, office or business administration
* Knowledge and experience with Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other data processing and graphical presentation software
* Excellent inter-personal communication skills and excellent organization skills
* Preference will be given to candidates have experience in tender document preparation and project mgt
* Fluency in English
Minimum Qualifications
* Not less than 1 year of experience with a Minimum of a Diploma OR the equivalent combination of education and experience
