Pj’s Premium BBQ Joint LSK is a business in both food and beverage industry in Lusaka, Zambia. PJ’s offers a natural, lively and stylish ambience. Our target market ranges from walk-in clients, families, corporate institutions and catering companies.
We are therefore looking to hire the following :
* Manager – Should be 25 years and above with over 5years experience in a similar position and establishment. Responsibilities will include:
-Promoting and marketing the business
-Supervising and training staff
-Making improvements to the running and development of the establishment, etc.
*Barman/ Barista– Should be 25 years and above with atleast 5years vast experience in this position. Responsibilities will include:
-Planning drink menus
-Developing cocktail recipes
-Making quality beverages such as, cappuccino, double espresso, café latte, etc.
*Waiters/Waitresses – Should be 22 years and above with experience. Responsibilities will include:
-Providing excellent customer services
-Taking and serving food/drinks orders
-Adhering to all relevant customer service guidelines, etc.
