Are you experienced in John Deere equipment operations and maintenance?
Zambeef is the largest vertically integrated food retailing brand in Zambia. The Group is principally involved in the production processing, distribution and retailing of beef, chicken, milk, dairy products,
stock feed and flour. The Group also has one of the largest row cropping operations in Zambia, growing maize, soyabeans and wheat. Zambeef plants nearly 21,000 hectares (ha) annually, with most of the resulting crops being used in the Zambeef animal feed and flour milling businesses.
The company is undergoing massive expansion and hence seeks the services of experienced, ambitious and innovative candidates to fill up the roles of
1 Agric Operations Manager
2 Agric Workshop Supervisor
Key Requirement:
1 John Deere AMS Systems Certification.
2. Able to operate Tractor with implements Combines and Sprayers.
3. Experienced in conducting AMS Setup on Sprayers Greenstar systems.
4. Knowledge in the setup of Greenstar Display.
5. Ability to train operators in the department on all greenstar related setups.
6. Setup and manage Yield mapping on combines set products and calibrate yield and moisture.
7. Precision planting with Green Star display setup.
8. Calibrate Starfire receiver to gain accuracy of tracking lines in fields.
9. Ability to check that machines are all using Autotrac in fields and train operators.
