Qualifications, Skills and Competences
Studying towards a Degree or Diploma in Finance, Economics, Business Management or Marketing only.
A good judge of character, making accurate assessments about people especially their reliability in determining a loan
Interpersonal skills: Cultivating and
strengthening existing customer relationships as well as building new relationships with potential customers.
Verbal and witten communication: Explaining loans to customers, so they have a complete understanding of the terms.
Decisionmaking skills: Evaluationg a customer’s loan application and determining whether to award them a loan.
Experience in SME lending and driver’s license is an added advantage.
