applications for the following position:

BARTENDER

Job Responsibilities:
– Verify identification and age requirements of customers
– Mix traditional and creative cocktails
– Process payment from customers
– Clean glasses and bar utensils
– Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
– Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
– Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere

Qualifications and Experience:
– School leaver with a full Grade 12 certificate.
– Experience in a similar role will be an added advantage

Required Skills:
– Organisational – Must be able to keep track of several inventory details at once with efficiency and without error.
– People skills – Must be able to build customer relationships and good rapports.
– Collaboration and Problem-solving – Must be able to work well with others, even in difficult, high-pressure situations that require prompt action.
– Must be good at mathematical calculations
– Written communications skills.
– Must be able to work without supervision.
– Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions to the letter.

Locality Requirements:
-Must be based within Kamwala South or surrounding areas.

Salary:
– Minimum wage, subject to review based on performance
