Unji Executive Lodge is inviting suitably qualified, dedicated, and hardworking individuals to apply for the following vacant positions located in Itawa, Ndola.
- BARTENDER
(1 Position)
Qualifications:
Grade Twelve (12) Certificate.
• Certificate in Hotel Management or related hospitality courses.
- Driver’s license will be an added advantage.
Open to both Male and Female applicants.
Duties:
I Manage bar operations.
II. Prepare and serve alcoholic
and non-alcoholic beverages.
II Monitor bar inventory.
- Create a diverse range of cocktails.
III. Manage departmental budgets. IV. Act as the second in command to the Hotel Manager.
V. Engage with clients in a friendly and attentive manner.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (For all positions):
• Must be a Zambian citizen.
• Minimum age of 25 years and above.
• Must be hardworking, honest, responsible, and professional.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
