Bigtree Beverages (BTB) is here by inviting suitable and qualified external candidates to apply for the below job opportunity:
1. MARKETING SUPERVISOR X ONE(1)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• At least three years of experience in a supervisory role.
Experience in consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities
• Ability to make critical decisions while under pressure
• Minimum Diploma in sales & marketing or equivalent
• Basic computer skills (Ms Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
The job requires the candidate to perform the following duties;
• Manage all marketing administration works within the Ndola/Luanshya region.
• End to end execution of events, branding and painting across the geography.
• Plan/ coordinate allocations of all POSM within the region
• Coordinate execution of NPDs launches.
• Coordinate and liaison with Local customers and Managers (both internal and external stake holders)
• Compile all events within the region, push for approval and plan execution accordingly.
• Work alongside sales teams and provide the required inputs from time to time.
• Work in coordination with other group of companies especially for big events.
