Mopani Central Training Centre (MCTC) in conjunction with the Engineering Department will be conducting on the job training programme for Blacksmith Trainees at the Mufulira Mine Site for a duration of three (3) years starting in October 2022.

The Company seeks the services of a Blacksmith Trainee x 3

To be considered for this training programme, applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
Excellent analytical skills, energetic and willing to learn
The successful candidate must be result oriented and have the ability to work with own initiative, ability to understand scope of work, paying particular attention to Company Policies and Corporate Objectives.
