The Counselling Corner Zambia is looking for a motivated, creative, and people-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is interested in business development, mental health services, client engagement, and organisational growth and would like to gain practical experience in a professional counselling environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and research potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.
* Support client acquisition and relationship-building activities.
* Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and business development materials.
* Support outreach to organisations, companies, schools, and other potential partners.
* Assist with social media and marketing initiatives that promote our services.
* Maintain records of leads, prospects, and business development activities.
* Participate in networking, meetings, and other growth-related activities.
* Support the team in developing strategies to increase awareness and uptake of counselling and wellness services.
Requirements
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident and comfortable engaging with different people and organisations.
* Good organisational and time-management skills.
* Proactive, creative, and willing to learn.
* Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
* Interest in mental health, counselling, and employee wellness is an added advantage.
