Job Summary

• Work with Credit, Debit and Prepaid Card Manager in developing Debit and Prepaid card strategy
• Develop solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business activities identified as having the biggest impact to customer and business goals
• Develop strategies that will drive card issuance, activation, and retention.
• Campaign reporting and analysis
• Implementation of customer management plan to drive customer activity
• Assisting in ongoing product and process improvements to enhance customer experience
• Identifying and recommending appropriate action to be taken to drive business growth
• Seek to accelerate growth opportunities within card implementation process.
• Collation of research and insights on market trends and ensuring that the same are shared with the business through the line manager
• Primary and secondary customer research
• Market and competitor analysis

Job Description

Credit Cards, Debit Card, and Prepaid Card Portfolio Management

Coordinating with partners and driving activation program for respective Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards
Liaising with internal teams to increase card usage for new and existing account holders
Creating product awareness amongst different channels by publishing periodic information and analytics for Debit and Prepaid Cards.
Engage channel training for branches and channels to increase card penetration in respective portfolios
Leading all Debit and Prepaid card initiatives
Ensuring card MI is collected and shared with line manager on a weekly basis
Custodian of Debit and Prepaid card sales and CLM MI
Responsible for providing customers with required support on Prepaid cards
Responsible for managing the reward programme
Responsible for card usage campaigns and promotions
Managing key interventions to grow card usage for active cards and meet laid down growth targets.
Provide data that will enable the sales team to drive their sales targets.
As an enabler, work with other departments to ensure smooth flow of work and that customer queries and complaints are resolved in the shortest time possible.
Ensure Corporate Credit Card forms are submitted to Credit Operations team Ensure delivery of Preapproved card application forms to CROPS.

Education

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
