Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or Science
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in quality systems auditing
- Knowledge of SADCAS accreditation requirements
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits
Key Duties
- Conduct product and management system certification audits
- Review certification applications and audit reports
- Liaise with applicants and certified organisations
- Maintain certification records and surveillance schedules
- Participate in assessor calibration and training
- Provide technical guidance to certification applicants
