Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or Science
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in quality systems auditing
  • Knowledge of SADCAS accreditation requirements
  • Strong report writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits

Key Duties

  • Conduct product and management system certification audits
  • Review certification applications and audit reports
  • Liaise with applicants and certified organisations
  • Maintain certification records and surveillance schedules
  • Participate in assessor calibration and training
  • Provide technical guidance to certification applicants
