We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef/Cook with experience in preparing authentic Indian cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent food preparation and presentation
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in cooking Indian cuisine (curries, biryani, naan, etc.)
✔ Must have catering experience (events, bulk cooking, or food service)
✔ Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong teamwork and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare high-quality Indian dishes with consistency
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Assist in menu planning and food preparation
• Manage food stock and ensure proper storage
